1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bz77 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by bz77 and is made available exclusively to eligible players. By registering an account, accessing the bz77 website, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of bz77, including players who register new accounts, existing account holders, and any person who accesses the bz77 website without registering. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service. bz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and access the full Service on bz77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.

Eligibility Requirements

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required by bz77 at any point during your use of the Service, including at account opening and before processing any withdrawal request.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when completing the registration form. bz77 is entitled to suspend or close an account where false or misleading information has been submitted, with forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.
3. You must be the sole and legitimate owner of the payment method used to fund your bz77 account. bz77 does not accept deposits from cards, mobile wallets, or bank accounts that belong to a third party.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bz77, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the platform's compliance team.
5. You must not hold more than one registered account on bz77 at any time. If bz77 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and their balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bz77 account credentials. Your obligations include:

• Never sharing your password, PIN, or one-time verification code with any third party, including bz77 support staff (bz77 will never ask for your password).
• Logging out of your bz77 session after each use, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying bz77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Using a strong, unique password for your bz77 account that is not reused across other websites or applications.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bz77 supports real-money BDT transactions via a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard) are displayed on the Deposit page within your bz77 account. These may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bz77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be reviewed for compliance.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bz77 wallet within seconds in most cases. Delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are outside bz77's control, but our support team will assist in tracing any delayed transaction.
• bz77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; bz77 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment networks.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used for the most recent deposit where possible. bz77 may request that withdrawals be made to the same bKash, Nagad, or bank account from which the funds were originally deposited.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, bz77 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of your registered address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank are typically processed within a few business hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• bz77 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if KYC documentation remains incomplete. In such cases, bz77 will contact you using the registered details on your account to resolve the matter promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bz77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the allotted period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are available to one registered account per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the timeframe specified on the offer. Winnings from free spins may be subject to an additional wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• bz77 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will continue to govern that bonus unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the permitted withdrawal process, or used as collateral in any form.

bz77 may offer seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events including BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions carry their own individual terms and expiry dates, which are communicated on the relevant offer page at the time of launch.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

bz77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of account management tools that allow players to control their spending, time spent on the platform, and access to the Service. These tools are available at no charge to all registered players and can be activated by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount deposited into your bz77 account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately, but an increase in the limit will take effect only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform. Session reminders can also be configured to alert you at intervals of your choosing.
• Temporary time-out: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any custom period up to 6 months. During a time-out period your account is inaccessible for betting, deposits, and withdrawals, but you may still contact support to arrange return of funds.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a permanent self-exclusion from bz77 at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period requested (minimum 1 year) and cannot be lifted before that period expires. bz77 will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion across its systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. bz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. In serious cases, bz77 reserves the right to report conduct to relevant authorities.

1. Opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or promotional offers, or operating accounts on behalf of another person without explicit written consent from bz77.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, exploit game mechanics, or interact with bz77's systems in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.
3. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful source. bz77 operates anti-money laundering checks and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations where required.
4. Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reversed. Players are obligated to report suspected errors to support immediately.
5. Using the bz77 platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other players, support staff, or any third party. bz77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on abusive conduct and will permanently ban any account found to be in violation.

Where bz77 determines that a breach of the prohibited conduct clauses has occurred, it may, in its sole discretion, suspend the account, void bets placed during the relevant period, withhold or forfeit any balance, and take any further action it deems appropriate including referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on bz77, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, promotional materials, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of bz77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the bz77 platform without prior written consent from bz77. Unauthorised use of bz77's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bz77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bz77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy and Data

bz77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bz77 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to data at rest. Your personal data is never sold to third parties and is used only for the purposes of operating and improving the Service, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bz77 will notify active account holders by posting an updated version of the Terms on the bz77 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with your account. It is your responsibility to check the current version of the Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance from your account.
